Czech School without Borders, London is a club for Czech and Czech/English bilingual children and it is a continuation of the Czech School without Borders project started by Entract en France in Paris. The London branch of the Czech School without Borders was opened at the beginning of October 2007 by the artist Zuzana Jungmanova building on her long-term interest in creative activities for handicapped people and Czech and bilingual children. Her earlier work in this fields was called The Threadworks Project and was developed both in the Czech Republic and in France.

The main goal of the Club is teaching the language through art, music and other creative programme which helps children to familiarize themselves with the Czech environment and culture. The classes employ “total immersion” method, and throughout the class the child is in an exclusively Czech environment where it understands the language faster and adopts it in the most natural way.
