ENROLMENT FORM Download the enrolment form here PAYMENT METHODS CASH You will find empty envelopes on the reception desk. Please put the exact change into an envelope, on it write the name of your child/ren, the date/s you want to pay for and the amount of money you are putting in. Give the envelope to Jana Orsulikova whom you will find in the main hall or at the reception desk. In Jana’s absence, Iva Hopkins will be collecting the money. It is really important that you bring the exact amount, as we will not have change on the premises. CHEQUES Please make cheques payable to ‘Czech School Without Borders, London‘ and write the name of your child/ren and dates you want to pay for on the back of the cheque.
